Ivan is an applied researcher with advanced degrees in Business Administration and International Economics. He has led the design, implementation and evaluation of research initiatives in various African countries in education, agriculture, health & nutrition, labour and gender. He has published research in trade and industrial policy at the international level.

Ezra is a data enthusiast, with advanced training in Computer Science. What he likes to do most is to discover and reveal patterns in data. Extending outward the frontier of knowledge with data from multiple disciplines is his passion

Violet holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business and a master's in Public Policy and Human Development from Maastricht University. She has more than five years’experience in the financial services industry and has also earned certification in International Trade and Development from the Trade & Policy Centre for Africa (TRAPCA) based in Arusha.

Dennis holds a bachelor’s degree in social sciences research and has vast experience managing field data collection, enumeration teams, and implementing research studies. He has managed projects in most regions in Uganda including in the agriculture, health, education, politics, and business sectors.

Julius Sese has spent the past five years as a Research Associate at Ignosi Research, where they have contributed to various studies and projects, providing valuable insights and expertise. He is a dedicated research professional with a strong background in logistics holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics from the Cyprus Institute of Marketing, Nicosia.
