Consultant at the Budget Monitoring & Accountability Unit at the Ministry of Finance. Undertook M&E for the second phase of the Energy for Rural Transformation (ERTII) Project, an initiative of the Government of Uganda funded by the World Bank, with the main objective of increasing access to reliable and sustainable energy resources  for rural populations in the country.

Tasks completed include:

• Design of M&E strategy to measure progress towards project objectives and intermediate outcomes of the ERTII project
• Field data collection exercises in 5 project districts around the country to determine validate proper targeting and utilization of project resources, in addition to measuring progress made towards attaining project deliverables
• Compiled and submitted a final report detailing the findings of the field M&E assessments and recommendations for project improvement.
